Beijing Branch filed lawsuits against Oceanwide Group, Oceanwide Holdings, Tonghai Holdings, Oceanwide Real Estate Investment, Oceanwide Equity Investment, Spark Real Estate, Wuhan Central Company, Oceanwide Construction Qingdao, Wuhan Center Company, Shenzhen Oceanwide Real Estate, Lu Zhiqiang, etc. on the grounds of financial loan contract disputes.
