It is reported that since January 2024, the People's Bank of China has imposed economic penalties on seven units and relevant responsible persons verified to be refusing RMB cash, including China Post Group Corporation Limited, Songshan District Branch of Chifeng City, Huaiyin Branch of Huaian City, Xinhua Life Insurance Company Limited Ningxia Branch, etc.
